property is located on North Clearwater Beach on the Intra-Coastal
Waterway. It's a 5 minute walk to the beach, yet you have
the best of both worlds. You start your morning with a hot
cup of coffee/tea sitting out on your balcony overlooking
the pool and the waterway, serenity at it's best.
When your ready to enjoy the beach you take a leisurely
5 minute stroll to the Gulf of Mexico and our beautiful
white sandy beach to relax under the warm sun and get that
great tan. When done you stroll back and enjoy the refreshing
pool where you will continue relaxing by St. Joseph Sound
Intra-Coastal Waterway.
When you decide to go sightseeing
you will be within walking distance of several restaurants
and shops. The marina and Pier 60 are also only minutes
away. For the fishing person there's a dock to wet a line
and hook into some of our different species of fish that
hang around the dock. You can grill what you catch by the
pool and enjoy our expanded deck. You can also bring your
own boat and dock it in our boat slip.
As the evening
arrives you can stroll back to the beach and get that beautiful
sunset and try and see that mysterious green flash as the
sun disappears into the water. When done you return to another
beautiful scene, as you sit on your balcony by the pool
and see the magic of night lights across the Intra-Coastal
Waterway while enjoying your favorite drink. Vacations are
about relaxing...you can capture these moments of memories
