A studio/efficiency just a 40 seconds walk to the beach.Very nicely appointed and a super great courtyard to relax/chill and grill.
This cozy studio is perfect for couples who enjoy romantic settings. It's a great get-a-way for weekly stays or long weekends. Close to great restaurants, pubs, beachside grills, shopping and beach activities, all just a short walk away. You can work on your suntan and yet be close enough to enjoy the comforts of your vacation studio. Getting drinks and snacks are no problem when your that close to the beach.

The cottages are properties built before the current ADA requirements have been put into effect and therefore have limited mobility access. We are available during normal business hours to answer any questions or concerns regarding your individual needs.

Cancellation Policy
CANCELLATION/REFUNDS: All cancellations must be made in writing (fax or email acceptable).
All cancellations are fully refundable if cancellation notice is received greater than 30 days before your scheduled check-in date. For cancellations less than 30 days, the 10% booking fee is non-refundable. For cancelations less 2 weeks 50%. For cancellations less than 7 days 100% is forfeited (unless dates can be re-booked).
Funds may be applied to a later booking date.
Weddings are an exception to the cancellation policy. ALL wedding cancellations incur a $250.00 cancellation fee and require 120 days written or emailed notice prior to check-in to obtain a full refund.

PAYMENTS:
RESERVATION DEPOSIT: 10% deposit required to reserve.
PAYMENT: Payment is due in full no later than 3 (three) days prior to check-in date. If payment is not received by the due date, Enchanted Inn & Beachside Cottages has the right to cancel the reservation.
Rate varies due to seasonality and holidays.

Stayed for a quick 3 days to attend a friends wedding in Tampa. Very nice cottage, not much of a beach view as you are tucked away behind other cottages, but steps away from the sand! Everything is in mint condition, very well maintained property. 10 minute walk to Pier 60, highly recommended! Many things were provided with the unit that you would not expect to see, as I am a repeat user of vrbo.com. Angel was very accomodating, and gave us good tips on what to do and see. Loved everything about Clearwater Beach, only complaint is that the bathroom is a little small with some tight spaces, but has everything you need.
