Come enjoy this 2 bedroom 1 bath cottage that can sleep up to 6 people with the add-on of the sleeper sofa. A great place for families to enjoy a very safe beach. It's within walking distance of many restaurants, shops, marina and Pier 60. That's where you celebrate the sunsets every evening while enjoying various entertainment, like outdoor movies on the lawn, large air filled slides right on the beach, street performers, music and artist selliing those gifts to take back home, and of course there are plenty of food vendors. It's a perfect place to have that family fun for those lasting memories,
The cottages are properties built before the current ADA requirements have been put into effect and therefore have limited mobility access. We are available during normal business hours to answer any questions or concerns regarding your individual needs.

Cancellation Policy
CANCELLATION/REFUNDS: All cancellations must be made in writing (fax or email acceptable).
All cancellations are fully refundable if cancellation notice is received greater than 30 days before your scheduled check-in date. For cancellations less than 30 days, the 10% booking fee is non-refundable. For cancelations less 2 weeks 50%. For cancellations less than 7 days 100% is forfeited (unless dates can be re-booked).
Funds may be applied to a later booking date.
Weddings are an exception to the cancellation policy. ALL wedding cancellations incur a $250.00 cancellation fee and require 120 days written or emailed notice prior to check-in to obtain a full refund.

PAYMENTS:
RESERVATION DEPOSIT: 10% deposit required to reserve.
PAYMENT: Payment is due in full no later than 3 (three) days prior to check-in date. If payment is not received by the due date, Enchanted Inn & Beachside Cottages has the right to cancel the reservation.
Rate varies due to seasonality and holidays.

Very pleased with this reasonably priced, clean, and very conveniently located rental at Clearwater Beach. We took full advantage of the kitchen to cook most of our meals on vacation, so saved a bundle on food. Great bargain.
Recommended for:Families with young children, age 55+, tourists without a car.
